24″ x 18″ Pastel

This pastel was created on site at the lovely Denver Botanic Gardens Chatfield Farm location. This enormous white crane circled overhead with a wonderful red-tailed hawk – such majesty! So I captured them on paper, along with the plane that flew by and the duckies and paddled by!
